Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 72 hours of confirmation, from Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM (London time) will be processed the next day.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is generally between 5 to 7 business days from the shipment of your order. During holiday periods or exceptional circumstances (strikes, high demand), the delivery time may be extended. If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks, contact us for a reshipment or full refund.
Order Tracking
Each order comes with a unique tracking number, sent by email upon shipment. You can track your package in real-time on our "Track Your Order" page by entering your tracking number or the email used during your order.
Delivery Services
We work with internationally recognized carriers such as DHL, as well as with local delivery services tailored to each region. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
Order Modification
If there is an error in your order (shipping address, recipient, etc.), you can request a modification on the same day of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kawaiisphere.com. After this deadline, no changes will be possible.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order on the same day of purchase by contacting us at contact@kawaiisphere.com and including “Order Cancellation” in the subject line of your email. After this deadline, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Damaged Product
If a product arrives damaged, we are committed to replacing it at our expense. Send a photo of the damaged product to contact@kawaiisphere.com. Once validated, a new product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
