Steps to Return a Product

Step 2: Preparing the Return
After approval, carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Step 3: Shipping the Return
A return address will be provided after verifying the eligibility of your request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will always be international.

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund
Upon receipt of the proof of shipment, we will immediately initiate the refund, without waiting for the item to arrive. The refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
