Delivery and Orders

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is generally between 5 and 7 business days from the shipment of your order. During holiday periods or exceptional circumstances (strikes, high demand), the delay may be extended. If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks, contact us for a reshipment or a full refund.

What delivery options are available?

We collaborate with reputable delivery services such as La Poste, Colissimo, and DHL, for deliveries from Monday to Friday.

What is the processing time for my order?

All orders are processed within 72 hours following their validation, from Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 6 PM (UTC+1, Paris time) will be shipped the next business day, adding a day to the estimated delivery time.

My tracking number is not working

Your tracking number may not work immediately after receiving the shipping confirmation email. It will be active within 24 hours. Rest assured, your order is on its way.

How to cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after your purchase. If you are within this timeframe, contact us at contact@kawaiisphere.com with the subject "Cancellation" or "Order Modification".

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

How to make a return and get a refund?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service at contact@kawaiisphere.com mentioning your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

How long does the refund take?

The refund will be processed upon receipt of the proof of shipment of the package. Processing times are as follows:

Are return costs my responsibility?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will always be international.

What to do if my product arrives damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, we are committed to replacing it at our expense. Send a photo of the damaged product to contact@kawaiisphere.com. Once validated, a new product will be shipped to you.
